Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Secretariate and Business Support to join our team!
What You'll Be Doing:
Manage daily administrative tasks and operations and coordinate all general office administration activities.
Facilitate the efficient onboarding of new employees, including arranging accommodation and transportation as needed.
Maintain and organize confidential files and records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Expedite the visa application process for new hires.
Oversee induction processes and monitor progress.
Perform any other related duties as required.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years experience in an administrative role, managing various administrative tasks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
Proven experience in booking and coordinating accommodation and transportation.
Experience in accounts payable and receivable management.
Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
