About the Role:
Parsons Corporation seeks a highly skilled and experienced Director - Constructability to contribute to the groundbreaking NEOM THE LINE project. This pivotal role requires a deep understanding of construction methodologies, constructability analysis, and value engineering. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in optimizing project designs and improving construction efficiency on large-scale infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 25 years of experience in construction and engineering, with a strong focus on large-scale infrastructure projects.
Proven track record in implementing constructability reviews and value engineering programs.
In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, equipment, and materials.
Strong understanding of project scheduling, cost control, and risk management principles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
