Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Project Manager to join our team in NEOM. Parsons is providing Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for the development of NEOM Infrastructure in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. NEOM is a planned cross-border city in the Tabuk Province of northwestern Saudi Arabia. The site is near the Red Sea and the borders of Egypt, Israel, and Jordan. It will cover a total area of 26,500 km2 (10,200 sq mi) and will extend 460 km along the coast of the Red Sea.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop Project Management Analysis tools and procedures that provide evidence-based reporting that support analytics-based decisions and reporting.
- Manages multiple contractors and vendors, including the solicitation and review of proposals. Participate in the selection of contractors and service providers while ensuring adherence and compliance with NEOM strategy, policy, departmental goals and commitments.
- Responsible for managing and overseeing the Contractor and service providers.
- Assess and take steps in accordance with the Scope of Work, (SoW), that ensures the Contractor and service providers are responding to inquiries and complaints in accordance with the SoW.
- Maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including maintenance technicians, engineers, and service delivery staff, to promote effective communication and collaboration.
- Maintain customer confidence by ensuring confidentiality of company data as required.
- Analyze, summarise, and interpret data; make appropriate recommendations and decisions related to document management, write reports, and give oral presentations, as required.
- Plan, organise, prioritise and perform multiple tasks to perform job functions in an orderly manner.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Participate in meetings and communicating updates and information to team members and other stakeholders as needed.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- 20 years of experience – ability to demonstrate major projects experience at senior level.
- The ability to balance the stakeholder expectations and perceptions against the needs of the module/business.
- Manage multiple interfaces with different stakeholders.
- Possess high levels stamina, resilience and energy.
- Able to influence decision making.
- Possess practical knowledge of design & integration management and construction management.
- Able to effectively communicate at all levels, both inside and outside the business (verbal and written)
- Able to absorb and recall large quantities of information quickly.
- Well-developed resolution skills; Strong problem-solving skills - enabling win-win solutions.
- Interface Management- ability to operate in fast paced and pressured environments, whilst being able to maintain clear decision making. Capable of working within a multi discipline team and across multiple interfaces.
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering and/or Construction Management, or related field.
