Parsons Corporation seeks a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager - Dry Utilities to contribute to the groundbreaking NEOM THE LINE project. This pivotal role requires a deep understanding of complex dry utility systems, including power distribution, telecommunications, and fire protection. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure projects and delivering innovative, sustainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including work breakdown structures, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and client representatives.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Technical Oversight:
- Oversee the design, procurement, and construction of dry utility systems, including power distribution, telecommunications, and fire protection.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of dry utility systems.
- Contract Management:
- Manage contracts with suppliers and contractors, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to contractual obligations.
- Monitor contract performance and resolve disputes.
- Risk Management:
- Identify and assess project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor their effectiveness.
- Implement contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.
- Financial Management:
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring cost-effective execution.
- Prepare regular financial reports and forecasts.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record in managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, such as PMP and PRINCE2.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
