Adecco Staffing seeks motivated and detail-oriented individuals to fill positions with our clients in New Hanover and Brunswick Counties for Clerical, Administrative, and Data Entry roles. Responsibilities will vary depending on position:
· Perform clerical duties such as answering phones, filing documents, and managing correspondence.
· Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
· Accurately enter data into various databases and spreadsheets.
· Ensure timely and efficient completion of assigned tasks.
· Collaborate with team members to support departmental objectives.
· Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
· Proven experience in clerical, administrative, and/ or data entry roles.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
· Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
Pay Details: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour
