Adecco Staffing seeks motivated and detail-oriented individuals to fill positions with our clients in New Hanover and Brunswick Counties for Industrial Workers. Responsibilities will vary depending on the position.
Perform assembly, packaging, and labeling tasks according to company standards.
Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
Assist with inventory management by stocking shelves, organizing materials, and conducting cycle counts.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste materials.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and problem resolution.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or light industrial setting preferred.
Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Basic math skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.
Commitment to safety and quality standards.
Pay Details: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour
