SUMMARY
Provides consultative services and installs the network platform, integrating applications, and creating libraries.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Adds users, controls access to document libraries, and sets permissions.
Performs maintenance of the network/platform, servers, and intranet.
Troubleshoots and resolves network issues or malfunctions.
Provides network support and end-user training.
Performs data retrieval and backup procedures to prevent data loss.
Ensures sufficient storage space by performing clean-ups and archiving data.
Reviews usage and activity reports and makes adjustments to ensure optimized user-experiences.
Maintains network infrastructure and manages encryption, security zones, and firewalls.
Keeps up to date with network developments and performs version updates and upgrades.
Plans, recommends, and performs changes.
Utilizes an accomplished knowledge of multiple technical disciplines, unique applications, and management practices to develop technical solutions to client challenges.
Assists clients in planning and developing objectives and goals.
Supports client objectives while conforming to the client's operating practices.
Maintains regular and punctual attendance.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Eight (8) years of related experience required.
Bachelor's degree required.
Experience supporting hardware/software integration and virtualization.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
Must obtain and maintain any necessary security access and/or background checks (U.S. citizenship required).
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve network issues efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear explanations and training to end-users.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
WORK SCHEDULE
Full-time. May be required to work additional hours as needed to complete assignment or project.
TRAVEL
The expected travel time is less than 25%.
DRIVING REQUIREMENTS
Must have or be able to attain a valid state driver's license and be insurable on the company's automobile insurance policy. Driving, with or without accommodation, may be required when traveling for training and/or short occasional amounts of local driving. The expected driving time is less than 25%.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is primarily performed in a professional office setting, including the normal office equipment (e.g., computer, fax machines, copier) and with a wide variety of people in differing functions, personalities, and abilities.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Position consists of sitting for long periods of time. Frequently uses hands/fingers for manipulation of keyboard and mouse. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS PACKAGE
Pay range - $82,836.00 - $110,448.00.
