SUMMARY
Contributes to operations and maintenance of a system/network. Works closely with the Operations Team, Software Developers, Cybersecurity Engineers, and United States Government Product Owners to assure that system and software changes are tracked and documented.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversees configurations for applications, software, hardware assets, and identifies, organizes, and controls software and hardware configuration changes.
Tracks changes to all hardware, software, required services and documentation under change control.
Ensures proper baseline identification of configuration items, performs periodic audits, and provides verification of version release configuration items.
Ensures compliance with Configuration Management (CM) process standards, plans, and procedures.
Liaises with project stakeholders to obtain information about and authorizations for the release of configuration items, drawings and baseline changes as needed.
Accurately enters change requests into the CM tool and manages information throughout the product lifecycle.
Creates, manages, and maintains project specific CM Plan(s).
Manages content and update configuration item lists.
Participates in application testing as needed.
Works with inter-functional teams to streamline processes. Identifies and drives process excellence.
Maintains regular and punctual attendance.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Three (3) years of related experience required.
Bachelors degree required.
Experience overseeing configuration management and supporting hardware/software/materials procurement.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
Must obtain and maintain any necessary security access and/or background checks (U.S citizenship required).

WORK SCHEDULE
Full-time. May be required to work additional hours as needed to complete assignment or project.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is primarily performed in a professional office setting, including the normal office equipment (e.g., computer, fax machines, copier) and with a wide variety of people in differing functions, personalities, and abilities.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Position consists of sitting for long periods of time, bending, stooping, crouching, and lifting weights up to 20 pounds. Frequently uses hands/fingers for manipulation of keyboard and mouse. Compensation & Benefits Package:
Pay: $73,500 - $98,000/annually
