SUMMARY
Leads a team of Installers, directing the installation of various services or products. Provides direct leadership for the assembly of equipment such as computers, cable or internet networks, signs, and alarm systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides guidance for the placement and set-up of equipment in designated locations in accordance with (IAW) stipulated specifications, environmental features, and client requests.
Interprets all pertinent instructions and scopes installation areas before starting installation and trains installers, as needed, IAW guidance.
Applies extensive knowledge of the product and assists in building structures for various job sites.
Leads installers in the loading and unloading of materials and assembly of various products such as service equipment.
Assembles and installs workstation products according to instructions at various customer locations and provides troubleshooting services.
Performs refitting and testing of devices and reviews their functionality.
Furnishes maintenance-related advice and maintains familiarity with prevailing building and safety stipulations.
Maintains regular and punctual attendance.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Six (6) years of related experienced required.
Associates degree required.
Demonstrated ability to fit and install technological, building-related, assistive, and similar devices in various settings.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
Must obtain and maintain any necessary security access and/or background checks (U.S. citizenship required).
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Experience with installing and configuring computers, network systems, alarm systems, and other related equipment.
Ability to prioritize tasks.
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues efficiently.
WORK SCHEDULE
Full-time. May be required to work additional hours as needed to complete assignment or project.
TRAVEL
The expected travel time is less than 50%.
DRIVING REQUIREMENTS
Must have or be able to attain a valid state driver's license and be insurable on the company's automobile insurance policy. Driving, with or without accommodation, may be required when traveling for training and/or short occasional amounts of local driving. The expected driving time is less than 25%.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is primarily performed in a professional office setting, including the normal office equipment (e.g., computer, fax machines, copier) and with a wide variety of people in differing functions, personalities, and abilities.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Frequent sitting, using hands/fingers, handling, reaching with hands and arms, talking, hearing; occasional walking or standing, lifting of up to 50 lbs. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS PACKAGE
Pay is $56,565.60 - $ 75,420.80
