Position Summary:
Under general supervision, responsible for, but not limited to, the care and cleaning of the office, kitchens, conference rooms, storage, operations control room, rest rooms and locker room areas.
Job Responsibilities:
Custodial:
Offices/Lunchrooms/Kitchens - Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the office and lunchroom areas including sweeping, dusting, emptying of waste containers and cleaning of windows, desktops, file tops, tables, and floors.
Operations Area Control Room -- Responsible for cleaning floors, emptying waste and waste containers and general kitchen cleanup.
Restrooms/Locker Rooms -- Responsible for the general cleaning of the toilets/sinks/shower/common areas in locker and restrooms .
Exterior roads and parking lots -- Responsible for the cleanup of the facility exterior areas including, but not limited to, parking lot cleanliness, and generally maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of these areas.
Health, Safety, and Security: **Responsible for incorporation of safety and security cultures into the primary elements of all work performed.
Security: **Responsible for complying with all security procedures, rules, and regulations. This includes access through facility doors and Vehicle gates.

Position Requirements:
Applicant must currently possess, or be capable of qualifying for, a DOE "Q" level security clearance.
Applicant must be able to operate all janitorial equipment including sweepers, buffers etc.
Applicant must possess a valid driver's license.
Adherence to company policies, procedures, and Code of Conduct is mandatory.
Minimum Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
Minimum Experience :
Prior custodial experience preferred
Preferred Education and Experience:
Prior knowledge of the ACO footprint and building area layouts
