Key Responsibilities:
Testing & Automation:
Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and test plans.
Lead test automation initiatives using tools like SAP Solution Manager, HP Quality Center (HPQC), QTP, Selenium, and SAP TAO.
Review test scripts, assess test quality, and ensure full test coverage of project scope.
Perform regression, integration, and user acceptance testing for large SAP implementations.
Collaboration & Project Management:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, subject matter experts, and stakeholders, to understand business requirements.
Ensure timely and within-budget project delivery while providing regular status updates and KPI reporting.
Work with testing leads to ensure seamless coordination and communication within offshore teams.
Technical Support & Security:
Provide technical direction and troubleshooting support during the testing phase.
Monitor security changes, perform quality reviews, and address any security deviations.
Manage and maintain the creation of security roles within the application.
Process Standardization & Improvement:
Identify and address operational inefficiencies, ensuring adherence to standardized testing processes.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT QA/QC practices.
Lead defect triage meetings, managing the defect lifecycle, and ensuring proper resolution.
Education:
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience:
5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP testing, including SAP PM/EAM and QA testing.
Proven experience with test automation tools such as HP UFT, LoadRunner, and SAP Solution Manager.
Demonstrated ability to lead test automation teams and execute functional and non-functional tests.
Background in SAP performance testing and integration of SAP systems with middleware solutions.
Skills:
In-depth knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and formal QA methodologies.
Expertise in creating and maintaining test scripts, executing test plans, and defect tracking.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a dynamic environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at various levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
? Experience with project management tools and frameworks like PMP or Six Sigma certification.

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $114,200 - $212,000.
