SAP PP Consultant: Remote with occasional travel
Job Description
SAP PP /PEO expert who has done at least one full life cycle implementation on S/4HANA and at least 3 full lifecycle implementations on ECC. The candidate will lead the delivery team on both small and large projects. The candidate will have the ability to troubleshoot and recommend alternatives to resolve conflicts between business requirements and standard system functionality
Define and manage the deliverables of functional team to meet engagement objectives and budget
Be a hands-on application expert and prepare / review project deliverables (e.g. benefits realization strategy, to-be functional requirements, enterprise structure, business process master list (BPML), business process design document, to-be functional design, baseline configurations (IMG), process maps, control matrices, testing scenarios, user acceptance tests, business process procedures) to ensure they meet project objectives
Build and maintain relationships with key executives, business personnel, SME and a network of professional organizations or affiliations
Mandatory Requirements:
7+ years of SAP experience as an SAP implementation consultant in the SAP PP module
At least 1 S/4HANA end to end implementation experience and at least three E2E SAP ECC projects implementation experience
Experience designing and improving business process and controls with deep business process re-engineering experience
Experience in SAP implementations for mill products preferred
Must know processes and configurations in the areas of PP (Production Planning), QM (Quality Management), and its integration with PM, PS and FI/CO
Knowledge of some of the additional modules like IBP, PM and PS will be preferred
Thorough experience in batch management is a must
Must have experience in writing functional specifications for WRICEF
S/4 HANA PP Certification preferred
Must have experience with SAP S/4HANA System Conversion and Fiori apps.
Business and IT experience with experience in implementing and operating SAP applications
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in related fields is preferred

Manage the critical incidents
Team management
Work with Client to understand and execute any in-scope enhancements and Application currency
Escalate risks and issues to client leadership
Ensures completion and sign off on all the relevant documents

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $100,500 - $186,700.
