Work Schedule: Hybrid (Tues-Thurs in-office; Mon & Fri remote) Normal PST business hours, Monday - Friday
Pay Rate: $73.00-$97.00 per Hour
Job Description:
The Worlds Largest Search Engine is seeking a dynamic P&D Marketing, Communications Manager who is a strong communicator with the ability to understand and break down complex topics. You will collaborate closely with the Chief of Staff and the VP of Platforms & Devices Marketing to effectively communicate with a variety of audiences-both internal and external.
To excel in this role, you will need to combine creativity with organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior leadership to craft clear and compelling communications.
Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies.
Lead cross-functional programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Write and edit high-quality content for a range of communication channels.
Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, facilitating effective communication across teams and functions.
Skills/Experience/Education
Mandatory:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5-7 years of experience in writing, editorial, content marketing, or communications.
2 years of experience in internal communications, with experience writing for C-level executives.
Proven experience leading cross-functional programs or initiatives.
Desired:
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to set goals and prioritize initiatives with minimal guidance.
Comfort with data and the ability to leverage insights in decision-making.
Excellent relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders, demonstrating the ability to work well across teams, functions, and levels.
Outstanding command of the English language, with excellent judgment and a keen creative eye for storytelling.
Ability and willingness to flex between strategy and execution.
Understanding of media and tech industries is a plus.
Pay Details: $73.00 to $97.00 per hour
