Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and help us grow our team with top-notch talent. The ideal candidate will be skilled in strategic planning, team management, and the execution of effective recruitment processes to secure the best candidates for our organization. This role involves strategic planning, new employee orientation, and management of the recruitment team to achieve staffing objectives.
Salary:
$70,000 - 75,000/yr

Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm
Reports To:
Chief Human Resources Officer
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans in collaboration with department heads to meet our staffing needs.
Lead and develop a team of recruiters, fostering a high-performance recruitment team.
Manage the entire recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience forboth candidates and hiring managers.
Promote our employer brand and represent the company at various networking events, including career fairs and other recruitment-related activities.
Monitor recruitment methods and analytics, and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and insights to senior management to optimize recruitment processes and practices.
Establish performance metrics for the recruitment team and monitor achievement to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with department heads and program leaders to forecast hiring needs and develop job descriptions that align with company goals.
Implement innovative sourcing techniques and leverage various recruitment tools and platforms to source qualified candidates.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates and talent pools for future opportunities.
Work closely with the compliance team to ensure staff are cleared before placement at sites.
Manage and oversee the new employee orientation for all staff.
Manage the recruitment budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Be the point of contact for all recruitment agencies; assist with the negotiation of salaries with potential hires and recruitment agencies.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the recruitment process.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or human resources, with a proven track record in managing recruitment teams.
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Salesforce, ADP and recruitment software.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:
Work is performed mostly within an office setting but may be required to interact with the community at-large during events, outreach, and meetings.
May be required to walk up and down stairs, lift or move objects/materials as needed.
Work hours will be consistent Monday through Friday during regular business hours.
