The Opportunity:
CACI Agile Digital Solutions group is actively looking for an experienced SAP S/4 Transformation expert to lead and support large scale Federal SAP S/4HANA transformation programs. You will work as the lead SAP transformation advisor across one or more programs ensuring inclusive design decisions and change management are a success. In addition, you will work closely with the system/solution architect, functional resources, infrastructure resources, and configuration change management resources to perform analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of solutions. You should have in depth understanding of business and technical architecture and design of SAP ECC and SAP S/4 HANA systems. You will be responsible for working with the customer to understand requirements, designing a solution based upon those requirements, reviewing the design with the customer, and working with the larger project team to ensure full integration with the enterprise SAP solution.
Key Responsibilities:
Transformation Strategy and Leadership:
Engage with key stakeholders to align business processes with team needs and dependencies, ensuring a cohesive strategy across finance, supply chain, procurement, and transportation domains.
Translate the customer needs into fit to standard business process design of SAP S/4 solutions across finance, supply chain, procurement, and transportation functional domains.
Accurately and clearly articulate strategic issues and provide relevant, logical options for solving them.
Create detailed SAP S/4 strategy roadmap presentations for project teams and senior leadership (e.g. RISE for SAP cloud vs on-prem cloud hosting) based on customer requirements and priorities.
Define and create key metrics and KPIs to capture and track progress and improvements.
Actively work with SAP (US Public sector and NS2) experts to understand and collaborate on SAP roadmaps for public sector solutions (e.g. G-Invoicing, Lease Accounting) and influence priorities based on customer needs.
Actively participate in stakeholder meetings with the goal of understanding all major projects and initiatives planned.
Architecture:
Collaborate with the Enterprise and Solution architects on the architectural design and implementation of SAP S/4 HANA ERP solution environment including other SAP Product suites like SAP BW/4HANA, SAC, and SAP BTP services like Cloud Integration, automated CI/CD DevSecOps etc.
Provide guidance on architectural standards, data management, governance processes, and provides the vision to explore and effectively utilize emerging technologies.
Provide recommendations on implementation of an application and infrastructure architecture based on business requirements and enterprise-wide IT strategies.
Collaborate with project team to define technology migration strategies and approaches.
Perform Architecture reviews as required, ensuring initiatives are aligned with future state.
Advocate effective architectural designs and optimizes current architecture and processes in a multi-tenant cloud environment.
Identify risks, opportunities, compliance issues or other architectural concerns.
Product Management:
Define approach and direction of an integrated SAP S/4 solution baseline (5-year roadmap) including Architecture, COTS, Application, Infrastructure, etc. based on customer's requirements and SAP's product direction.
Lead and define the end user UI/UX strategy based on SAP FIORI and HTML5 technologies.
Champion DevSecOps and Test Automation.
Lead product market research, analysis of alternative (AoA), business case, demonstration, installation, development, implementation, deployment, and sustainment.
Data Management:
Collaborate and support data architects to enhance data management and governance approach.
Champion Data stewardship, data cleansing and enterprise data management effort and solutions.
Design and collaborate on data migration strategies and approaches.
Operations/Project Management:
Provide strategic guidance to the project team, key stakeholders, and management to prioritize business requirements.
Recommend long-term strategies for enterprise level applications, architecture, upgrades, interfaces, and enhancements.
Provide guidance for architecture implementation and modification activities and assist in post-implementation continuous-improvement efforts to enhance performance and provide increased functionality.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with fifteen years of related work experience, and minimum five years of SAP S/4 HANA development and implementation experience.
Experience as an enterprise-level solution architect.
Experience implementing or migrating to Cloud Service Provider (CSP) environments.
Experience with SAP HANA 2.0, HANA database, SAP Process Orchestration middleware, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), Business Process Management (BPM), Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), Web Services, Business Intelligence, and DoD/Federal Financial business processes.
Deep understanding of requirements analysis, design, and system architecture of SAP S/4 HANA and RICEFW development/integration.
Experience with SAP S/4 HANA, HANA, and SAP RICEFW development.
Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
Expertise with multi-tiered application architectures, including SAP, and legacy systems modernization.
Practical experience with programming Function Modules, Object-Oriented ABAP, BOR, User Exits, Workflow, Enhancements, Reports, Dialog Programming, including technologies such as Webdynpro, LSMW, Data Conversion, SAP interfacing technologies (ALE/IDoc, BAPIs, flat-file interfaces, PI/XI, SOAP, XML, Webservice, Proxies, APIs, Integration Suite), ABAP Floor Plan Manager, BRF+, ABAP on HANA and using Eclipse.
Experience with systems development, systems integration, application design and/or legacy.
Experience with Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), and DevSecOps processes and tools such as SAP gCTS.
Knowledge of cloud security controls including tenant isolation, encryption at rest, encryption in transit, key management, vulnerability assessments, application firewalls.
Proficient authoring and presenting program solution documents.
Experience managing teams of technical and functional consultants - including identifying needs, recruiting, selecting, and retaining talent.
Must be able to pass a National Agency Check and Inquiries (NACI) (U.S. Citizenship required) and, a National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit (NACLC) background investigation and/or obtain a Secret clearance as required by the program.
Desired :

Cloud platform and technologies knowledge is preferred.
Understanding SAP's roadmap on new technologies and tools including RISE for SAP, BTP services roadmap.
Designing and implementing modern UI5 or Fiori-style front-end User Interfaces using SAP libraries and techniques would be a plus.
Relevant certifications, to include SAP S/4 HANA certifications, SAP Enterprise Architect certification and relevant.
Experience within the federal government.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$104,200-$229,200
