Job Description:
The Intel and Cyber Sector of L3Harris Technologies Space and Airborne Systems segment has an opening for a Program Financials Analyst to join our Tactical Missions Division team of qualified and diverse individuals in Melbourne, FL. This individual will work in a fast-paced environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, and a collaborative team setting.
Essential Functions:
Lead the Wireless Products Group and BLOS ($70M) commercial programs
Complete monthly profitability assessment based off current program backlog and product mix
Provide financial guidance to program teams for financial activities including but not limited to inventory assessment, ETCs, EACs and CRWs
Knowledge of Program Execution, Program Inventory, PeopleSoft, Cobra, Control and L3Harris policies and procedures.
Lead the improvement and streamlining of policies and procedures, including driving utilization of Cobra for Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) program variance analyses.
Travel will be required
Qualifications:
BS/BA Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business with a financial analysis background with 9+ years Program Finance experience with programs, proposals and audits; or equivalent.
5+ Years Experience with EVM, financial performance reporting, internal/customer reporting.

Strong interpersonal and leadership skill set, including the capability to interface with customers and form strong business partnerships with key program leaders.
Self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with people of all levels within the organization.
Demonstrated ability to influence peers and train early career PFA's.
Ability to proactively solve problems and issues in a timely manner with little to no supervision.
Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Peoplesoft and Hyperion FCSTSI.
Top Secret Clearance is preferred.
