Description
In compliance with Colorados Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range
for this role is $101,500 - $137,750. However, Sawdey Solution
Services, Inc. will consider several factors when extending an offer to an
applicant. These factors include, but not limited to, the position and
associated responsibilities; and an applicants work experience,
education, related training, and related skills.

Position Location: Fort Carson, CO (On-Site)
About the Role:
The Tactical Systems Engineer - Senior will support PEO SDA, USSOCOM
Components, TSOCs, and others to include Foreign Military Sales (FMS)
as mission dictates.
Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To:
Provide technical and analytical mission planning, execution, and
post-mission system support.
Support mission planning, execution, post-mission system/device that
will be maintained in a serviceable status to support combat/contingency
operat
Achieve a system/device availability of 95% and a maintenance turnaround
time of less than 24 hours from the time of notification within Continental
United States (CONUS) and manned Outside the Continental United States
(OCONUS) locations.
Provide Tactical Software Support, Mapping, Imagery and Geospatial
Information System Support, Tactical Network Administration Support,
Training Support and Enhancement and Upgrade Support.
Assist with proposal development, if necessary.
Perform other duties, as assigned.
Experience:
Minimum of seven (7) years operational experience with or supporting an
organization's navigation and mission planning techniques, including
preparation and check out of flight plans for aircraft weapons systems or
mission planning computer systems, communications, mission equipment,
and planning techniques, including preparation of unit mission plans for
conduct of peacetime and wartime special operations missions.
Customer specific planning & execution software applications.
Education:
Experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:DoD 8570 IAT Level 2, or higher, certification (IE: Security+)
Other Required Skills & Abilities:
Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties
and responsibilities as listed in the contract.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited
to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Security Clearance:
Secret security clearance required with eligibility to obtain a Top Secret
security clearance.
US Citizenship: This position supports a U.S. Government Contract whose
terms require Sawdey Solution Services to staff it only with U.S. Citizens.
