Satellite Mission Management Systems Engineer, Lead

As a Satellite Mission Management Lead Systems Engineer you will help drive
the definition of end-to-end solutions to successfully manage emerging
satellite architectures for national security space programs. You will
leverage your knowledge of the industry and existing mission management
systems and approaches in collaboration with other systems engineers,
software developers, and Subject Matter Experts to define and model
candidate system architectures, conduct trade studies, and identify gaps
and risks that must be addressed to successfully develop future mission
management systems. You will engage with clients and industry partners to keep
the team informed about the development of future space architectures, and
take a key role in developing white papers, demonstrations, and proposals
for next-generation mission management systems to continue expanding our
business and mission impact. As our business grows, you will take on systems
engineering team leadership roles on one or more contracts to ensure
successful delivery of new mission management systems to our clients.

You Have:
3+ years of experience with satellite mission management systems
2+ years of experience with engineering for cloud-based platforms or
applications
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience with Systems Engineering
lifecycles on large Government satellite ground systems, or Master's
degree and 6+ years of experience with Systems Engineering lifecycles on
large Government satellite ground systems
Nice If You Have:
3+ years of experience with national security satellite systems for SIGINT
or GEOINT
1+ years of experience with development of proliferated satellite
architectures, for either commercial or government space systems
Experience with developing solutions in classified cloud environments within
the Intelligence Community or Department of Defense
Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
Knowledge of Agile and DevSecOps software development
Knowledge of of automation techniques or artificial intelligence and machine
learning
TS/SCI clearance
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need
to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top
Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not
limited to location, the individual's particular combination of
education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well
as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The
projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to
$220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the
typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz
Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close
