General ResponsibilitiesThe Sr. Procurement Agent prepares purchase orders, solicits and negotiates bid proposals, and reviews requisitions for goods and services. Compare suppliers' bills with bids and purchase orders to verify the accuracy. Formulate, maintain, and review purchasing files; reports, and price lists. Fulfilled the required tasks in compliance with policies and regulations. Performs duties through methods and actions that are consistently ethical and in total compliance with the laws, applicable regulations, Code of Ethics, corporate policies and guidelines and rules of conduct. Completes corporate trainings and certifications intended for the detection and prevention of money laundering related activities and fraud, insider training and conflict of interest policies and procedures, as applicable. Education and Experience Required Bachelor's Degree concentration in Finance or Accounting or related. At least three (3) years of experience in vendor management oversight functions, procurement activities, contracts analysis, and internal controls are preferred, or four years of experience working in Accounting. Knowledge and Skills Required Knowledge of General Ledger complete accounting cycle, accounting entries, analysis of subsidiaries, and related reports Analytical ability to evaluate financial information Able to integrate and apply accounting knowledge to the analysis of operational and financial processes Able to lead and adapt to changes, learn new tasks, and be able to work under pressure. Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, both oral and written Systems Proficient. Skills in MS Windows (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Additional InformationMonday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm Available to work extended hours, weekends and/or holidays as needed and the availability to travel as required supporting projects in the region.
