Junior-HUMINT Targeting Instructor
Position Summary
DarkStar Intelligence is seeking a Junior HUMINT Targeting Instructor to assist in delivering and enhancing the Defense Intelligence Agency's (DIA) HUMINT Targeting course. The ideal candidate will have the expertise to instruct across the full spectrum of HUMINT Targeting principles and methodologies.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop, support, and deliver comprehensive instruction on all aspects of Counterintelligence (CI) and Human Intelligence (HUMINT).
Lead course delivery with authority over HUMINT Targeting principles and methodologies.
Collaborate with guest lecturers to ensure cohesive, high-quality course content.
Maintain the professionalism, accuracy, and completeness of all instructional materials.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of HUMINT Targeting, including applicable DoD policies, legal frameworks, methodologies, and associated IT system requirements.
Possess a thorough knowledge of the career development path for DIA HUMINT Targeting Officers.
Oversee, evaluate, and synchronize curriculum segments within the HUMINT training program.
Adhere to established DIA protocols for course delivery and management.
Instruct students on HUMINT operations and their application in conducting HUMINT Targeting analysis across various targets.
Utilize experience in pattern-of-life analysis, social network analysis, and human factors analysis in course instruction.
Minimum Qualifications
Current TS/SCI
Counterintelligence Polygraph (Preferred)
Minimum of four (4) years of applied HUMINT Targeting experience as a certified HUMINT professional within the Department of Defense (DoD), including expertise in pattern-of-life, social network, and human factors analysis.
Ability to teach students the application of HUMINT operations and how to conduct HUMINT Targeting analysis across diverse targets.
Comprehensive understanding of the HUMINT Targeting cycle and its role in supporting HUMINT operations.
Graduate of a recognized Intelligence Community (IC) HUMINT Targeting course, such as the Operational HUMINT Targeting Course (OHTC), Targeting Certification Board (TCB), or equivalent IC-level certification.
Salary Range:
$95,000 - $105,000
This pay range is a general guideline and not a guarantee of specific compensation or salary. When extending an offer, DarkStar Intelligence considers various factors, including (but not limited to) the job's responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, market data alignment, applicable bargaining agreements (if any), and other relevant laws.
