Position Summary: We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary.
Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Support various departments with clerical tasks as needed.
Set up for meetings, book travel arrangements
Maintain office supplies and inventory, placing orders as necessary.
Any additional tasks needed by the team
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with office equipment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy environment.
A friendly and professional demeanor.
Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
