$103,000-$160,000 per year (depending on experience)

Monday-Friday
Day Shift (7am-7pm or 8am-4:30pm)
Qualifications
BSN required , MSN preferred
Must have Behavioral Health Unit (BHU) experience
NY RN License
BLS
ACLS

Job Summary
Oversee clinical and environmental operations to ensure quality and safe patient care.
Make staffing decisions and manage patient satisfaction.
Oversee outpatient service charges and departmental budget planning.
Lead, hire, supervise, and support staff development.
Drive performance improvement, incident investigations, and policy development.
Serve as a clinical resource and participate in committees.
Maintain professional expertise through education and professional organization involvement.
