Days (7a-7p): 8 positions
Nights (7p-7a): 8 positions
Nurse-to-Patient Ratio:
Acute: 1:5
Crisis Intervention: 1:1
Group Sessions: 1:8
Required Certifications:
Active NY RN license (BSN preferred)
BLS certification
PMT (Prevention Management Training) provided
RN-BC (Psychiatric-Mental Health) preferred
Minimum 1 year psychiatric experience
Compensation Package:
Base Pay: $32.00 - $58.74/hour
Shift Differentials:
Nights: 30%
Weekends: $3/hour
Sign-on Bonus: $10,000 for full-time
Certification Bonus: $2,000 for RN-BC
