Unit Overview: Growing cancer center seeking compassionate RNs dedicated to oncology care. Join our specialized team providing comprehensive cancer treatment in a state-of-the-art facility.
Current Openings:
Days (7a-7p): 3 positions
Nights (7p-7a): 3 positions
Nurse-to-Patient Ratio:
General Oncology: 1:4
BMT/High Acuity: 1:2
Chemotherapy Administration: 1:3
Required Certifications:
Active NY RN license (BSN preferred)
BLS/ACLS certification
OCN preferred
Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification (provided)
Minimum 1 year oncology experience
Compensation Package:
Base Pay: $32.00 - $58.74/hour
Shift Differentials:
Nights: 30%
Weekends: $3/hour
Chemotherapy: $2/hour
Sign-on Bonus: $15,000 for full-time
Certification Bonus: $3,000 for OCN
