Immediate opening for Housing Specialist for our Danbury client. Work 4 days - Mondays - Thursdays - 35 hr work week - $25hr
Housing Specialist duties will include:
Maintain resident files, coordinate move-in/move-out
Support residents needs and coordinate any maintenance issues
Coordinate unit inspections as needed
Manage process for delinquent accounts, poste charges/credits
Monitor and manage vacant units by coordinating with admissions & maintenance
Occasionally meet with residents regarding issues or concerns
Housing Specialist candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
Excellent oral and written communication skills
2+ yrs experience in administrative/office role - Property exp a strong plus
MS Word and Excel
Ability to prioritize and organize in a fast-paced environment
Able to work independently to deadlines
Pleasant personality and patience
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Hours will be 7:45am 5:30pm, Monday - Thursdays - 35 hour work week
Pay rate - $25 hr

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
