Pay Rate: $ 59.39-$ 77.70 per hr
Project Overview:
As a Global Networking Supply Planning Program Manager, you will be responsible for validating demand forecasts and providing timely short-term and long-term demand signals and purchase orders to vendors for the Networking Supply Chain business under the technical infrastructure organization.
Ensuring timely availability of all required materials and effective inventory management are key aspects of this role. In this position, you will collaborate with cross-functional groups across to align internal demand requirements with external supply capabilities. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, meticulous planning, and a keen eye for detail to anticipate and resolve supply challenges proactively. By effectively managing the supply chain and closely collaborating with multiple internal teams, you will contribute to the overall efficiency and reliability of our operations.
Overall Responsibility:
Validate demand forecast to ensure that there are no major changes to demand within the frozen time window
Manage procurement in line with allocated budget
Validate supply plan and ensure that materials are delivered on time with minimal delivery performance and quality issues
Responsible for supply planning metrics for the suppliers managed. Identify the root causes for metrics misses and implement short-term and long-term solutions
Responsible for effective reporting of the data (forecast, supply plan, metrics etc) to internal and external stakeholders
Support the operational excellence objectives by ensuring material availability for internal customer orders
Collaborating with the data teams to validate the accuracy of data sources used for supply chain management
Mandatory Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Data analysis skills (Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, Slides)
Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain
Experience in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Operations, or Supply/Demand Planning
Skill/Experience/Education
Mandatory Education: Bachelors Total years experience in what industry, discipline or responsibility - 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Program Management, Data Analytics, Excel Specific Tools or Applications experience - MRP systems such as O9, Kinexis
Desired MS or MBA degree (Engineering background preferred) Excellent analytical, quantitative and presentation skills. Strong foundational knowledge in data networking architectures and physical network components Experience with supply / inventory planning, reverse supply chain, labor/deployment planning in large scale data center infrastructure domain (compute, storage or networking) - networking experience preferred
Pay Details: $59.00 to $77.00 per hour
