Job Title: Flight Readiness Technician
Type: Full-Time Consultant (12 months)
Location: Victorville, CA 92394
Shifts: 1st & 2nd Shift (flexibility required)
Overtime: Up to 20 hours/week, weekend shifts expected
Pay Rate: $33 - $50 per hour
Job duties:
In this role, you'll perform troubleshooting, system maintenance, and service bulletin installations, ensuring every aircraft is flight-ready and meets the highest safety standards. With shifts on both 1st and 2nd , plus weekend hours, flexibility is key-but so is your passion for aviation excellence.
Requirements:
A&P certification
5+ years of experience
In-depth knowledge of models (flight deck operations, system troubleshooting, software loading)
Dedication to a clean, FOD-free workspace
Proficient flight deck operations all Boeing models
Proficient troubleshooting a/c systems
Proficient software loading
Meets RS requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Pay Details: $33.00 to $50.00 per hour
