SMX is seeking a highly motivated Helpdesk Technician with demonstrated proficiency in customer service and support.
This position requires the ability to obtain a DoD secret security clearance which requires US citizenship for work on a DoD contract.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Provides first level technical support for personnel in various locations who have?NMCI?assets and peripherals
Generates, monitors, and tracks Move-Add-Change (MAC) requests for funded services
Addresses, escalates and/or tracks local technical issues and remediation
Facilitates collection of functional requirements from staff and end-users
Identifies and documents the current functional requirements of NAWCWD applications
Follows Configuration Management (CM) processes and utilization of tools identified
Submits Account buildouts for customers
Required Skill & Experience
Required clearance: Secret or the ability to obtain
Proficient with Windows Operating Systems
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Strong customer service skills
Desired Skills & Experience
Proficient user of NET and HPSM
Knowledge of NMCI, Field Services, and STRAN processes and procedures?
General IT certifications
IT college credits

The proposed salary for this position is:
$42,200-$63,400 USD
