Job Overview: DXC is looking for an experienced SAP BTP Workflow Developer to design, develop, and implement automated business processes using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Workflow Management. This role will focus on building scalable, efficient workflows that support business process automation and integration with SAP and non-SAP systems. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP Workflow services on BTP, combined with strong technical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Workflow Design & Development: Design and implement workflows on SAP BTP, automating business processes and ensuring seamless integration across platforms.
Integration & Extension: Utilize SAP BTP services (e.g., SAP Integration Suite, Business Rules) to connect workflows with SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and other third-party applications.
Process Improvement: Analyze existing business processes, identify automation opportunities, and recommend workflow improvements to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with functional teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored workflow solutions that meet business needs.
Maintenance & Support: Provide ongoing support for deployed workflows, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to improve functionality and performance.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation for workflow configurations, process designs, and development work.
Continuous Learning: Stay informed about the latest SAP BTP Workflow and automation advancements, including emerging SAP technologies and best practices.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3+ years of experience in SAP development, with a focus on workflow solutions.
1+ years of hands-on experience with SAP BTP Workflow Management.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SAP BTP Workflow services, including the configuration of approval workflows, decision logic, and rule-based processing.
Strong knowledge of SAP Integration Suite for seamless integration between workflows and SAP/non-SAP applications.
Familiarity with Business Rules services in BTP for enhanced decision-making within workflows.
Understanding of SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 for creating custom interfaces and workflow interaction points.
Experience with security and authorization concepts within BTP workflows.
Other Qualifications:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple workflow projects simultaneously.
Work Environment:
It is expected, at this time, you may be required as part of the job function to travel up to 50%.

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $80,400 - $149,300.
Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
