Adecco is currently assisting a great client in their search for an experienced Technical Support Specialist (Transportation / Logistics) in Fort Worth, TX.
PLEASE NOTE: This is in-office, onsite only in Fort Worth, TX. No other options available.
Type: 40hrs/wk. Contract
Start Date: Within two to three weeks.
Location : Intersect of Hillwood Parkway and Amador Drive in Fort Worth, TX. Please make sure this commute works for you prior to applying.
Hours : 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM - 12 hr shifts (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off)
Pay: $48.00 to $ 48.00/hr
Length: Long Term
Responsibilities for the Technical Support Specialist (Transportation / Logistics) role include:
Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and problem-solving related to transportation operations and maintenance.
Provide analysis and predictive data to division leadership to improve reliability of service performance.
Tasked with focusing on execution and delivery with ability to make recommendations and mitigate risks.
Using data to improve system performance within transportation services.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and key contacts within other divisions to ensure efficient resolutions on large scale issues.
Qualifications for this Technical Support Specialist (Transportation / Logistics) role:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
Requires technical knowledge within transportation operations and maintenance principles.
Polished customer service skills (written/verbal).
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Experience in troubleshooting complex technical issues.
Ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions.
Pay Details: $48.00 per hour
