The Oracle Cloud Systems Analyst designs, develops, and implements new functionality or enhancements to Mount Sinai Health System's Oracle cloud platform according to business requirements. This role will work closely with internal and external system analysts and developers as well as with critical business stakeholders across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and Supply Chain. This is a hands on role that includes requirements gathering, functional and technical designs, development/configuration, and testing.
Duties and Responsibilities __ __ ___
Works from or writes specifications to develop or modify software programs that will improve the efficiency of the operating system.
Develops logic, codes, tests and debugs software packages defined by higher-level software programmers or self.
Modifies, tests and debugs vendor supplied utilities, packages and engineering releases to better suit them to the operating environment.
Assists in developing and modifying relatively complex software, such as routines supporting multi programming, telecommunications and file management.
May provide assistance and training to other Programmers.
Performs related duties as assigned or requested.
Education Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
Experience Requirements __ __ __
3+ years of experience in systems programming, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Must have experience working with Oracle cloud tools
Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud architecture
Strong knowledge of Cloud HCM security features
Hands-on experience in OIC integrations/ VBCS/ PCS
Hands-on experience in web services
Licensing Certification Requirements __ __
Oracle Cloud certification(s) preferred

SQL query, BIP, OTBI reporting, and Financial Reporting Studio
PL/SQL development
