Job Description
Are you an experienced aircraft inspector with a passion for quality and precision? Join our PDS Tech team as an Inspector, Quality Researcher and contribute to maintaining the highest standards in aviation safety and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Adhere to General Work Requirements in collaboration with Quality leadership.
Research and compile maintenance program requirements (Inspection Program, Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, etc.) for specific aircraft models.
Conduct inspections and analyze documentation to ensure accurate aircraft configuration.
Organize maintenance data into comprehensive reports for customer delivery.
Support Quality Inspectors and return aircraft to service as needed.
Ensure thorough documentation and completion of all required paperwork (FAA, FAR/CAA, etc.).
Perform walk-around inspections and verify airworthiness prior to return to service.
Train, coach, and mentor team members in areas of expertise.
Qualifications:
Current, valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant License.
Minimum 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience (corporate or commercial jets).
At least 1 year as an aircraft Quality Inspector.
Skilled in problem-solving, strategic thinking, and customer-oriented service.
Proficient in SAP and quality maintenance tracking software, with strong computer skills (Excel, Access, Word).
Thorough knowledge of return-to-service procedures and regulatory documents (FAR, CAA, AD, SB).
Ability to communicate clearly in English and train others effectively.

Pay Details: $31.99 to $33.48 per hour
