Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Collaborate with Human Resources Manager and Headquarters to support Human Resources for the site.
Administer Human Resources policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Support and supervize employees, handling counseling and problem resolution.
Support Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Compensation, HRIS, Audits, Reporting, Community Relations.
Requirements include but not limited to:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
Human Resources certification preferrred
3 years experience in Human Resources
Manufacturing environment experience preferred
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
