Join a leading specialty center as a skilled Sonographer. We're seeking a dedicated professional to enhance our exceptional patient care team in Rochester, NY.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $28.00 - $45.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications
Scrubs provided
4 weeks PTO in the 1st year, 5 weeks in the 2nd year, with a max of 7.5 weeks vacation
401k: Funded upon hire, after 1 year doctors contribute 8.5% (not a match)
Benefits include medical, dental, LTD, STD, HSA, and life insurance
Work Schedule
Full-Time: Monday - Friday
Shifts: Choose from 6:30 am - 3 pm, 7:30 am - 4 pm, 8 am - 4:30 pm, OR 8:30 am - 5 pm
No nights, no weekends, no on-call!
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program with relevant clinical experience
Registry eligible upon graduation; ARDMS certification in appropriate specialty areas required within 6 months of hire
Ability to complete training process within 6 months and work independently, meeting workflow expectations
Key Responsibilities
Perform ultrasounds professionally and diagnostically
Utilize cognitive sonographic skills to capture and record anatomical, pathological, and diagnostic images
Operate ultrasound machines and stay updated with new technologies
Conduct a variety of ultrasound examinations
Maintain ethical working relationships and good rapport with patients and staff
