The CNC Operator will support the manufacturing of injection molds. This is a 3rd shift position and will offer an hourly rate, overtime, $4.00 per hour shift differential, excellent benefits, 401K and room for advancement. Job duties for the CNC Operator in Rochester, NY:
Program vertical milling machines using Mastercam software.
Use Solidworks and communicate with other departments to meet specific needs.
Running Haas mills and Makino high speed mills.
Working with job leaders to manufacture details on various projects.
Inspection and documentation of critical machined areas.
Keep work area clean and organized via 5-S mentality.
Holding tight tolerances when finishing details.
Multitask and plan for unattended machine time.
Job Requirements for the CNC Operator in Rochester, NY:
Minimum of 4 years in CNC and Injection Mold building.
Ability to work independently or on a team is required.
Flexibility with work schedules and overtime is required.
Experience with Makino and Haas CNC's is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required.
Knowledge of injection molding is required.
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
