Adecco is currently assisting a client in recruiting for a Machine Operator / Set Up position in Auburn, NY. This position is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a starting pay rate of $25-33/hour. This role could also become a Plant Supervisor position for the right candidate.
Candidates should have experience operating and setting up CNC machines such as:
Swiss lathe
Vertical mill
Horizontal mill
Horizontal band saw
Experience with the following considered relevant for the Supervisor role:
People management
Scheduling
Managing production schedules and targets
Repairing and maintaining machines
This position is with a small but growing company, so candidates should be able and willing to "wear multiple hats" and help out wherever needed. Our client is looking for candidates with a positive, outgoing attitude who want to help continue building the company culture as they grow.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $33.00 per hour
