Qualifications Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Psychology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
At least three years of experience in training and development or organizational development.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and various training methodologies.
Excellent facilitation, teaching, and public speaking skills with the ability to engage learners at all levels.
Proven ability to design, develop, implement, and evaluate training plans and materials.
Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.
Proficient in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
High degree of creativity, adaptability, and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with diverse groups.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as take initiative and work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with digital technology.

Main Responsibilities
Strategic
Participates in the strategic planning process and contributes actively in the creation of common policies, systems, processes, procedures and tools.
Finance / Administration / Management
Budget and cost Management: Manage and optimize training function budget.
General
Provides leadership by living the core values, promoting vision statement and quality policy.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
Develop and design training programs and course materials, which may include outlines, text, handouts, tests, and designs for computer-based training.
Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to diverse audiences at all levels of the organization.
Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and formats, such as role-playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, and lectures.
Manage the logistics of training events, including venue selection, scheduling, set-up, and the provision of materials and equipment.
Work closely with managers and subject matter experts to ensure that the training content is aligned with business goals and that it meets the needs of individual departments.
Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness and update curriculum as needed.
Implement follow-up procedures to assess the transfer of learning and the impact of training on job performance.
Develop and maintain a keen understanding of training trends, best practices, and emerging learning technologies.
Provide coaching and consulting to managers and teams with the aim of improving performance and productivity.
Foster and maintain positive relationships with all participants and stakeholders.
Support continuous improvement in organizational development strategies and initiatives.
Handle administrative tasks such as managing enrollment, tracking attendance, and processing feedback.

Physical Demands *
While performing the duties of this job the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use hands and or arms to pull handles and push buttons and reach objects. Compensation
$80,000-$130,000/year
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
An offer of employment is contingent on successfully passing a drug test and background check, and applicants who do not successfully pass both the drug test and background check will not be considered for employment.
