We are seeking a Consumer Credit Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for processing and making credit decisions on loan applications, assessing risk in accordance with company policy, and adhering to fraud processes. You will apply override rules, adjudicate promotions for OEMs, and ensure credit is approved under the correct advance rates and loan-to-value (LTV) amounts.
Pay rate $23.50
14-15 Month Assignment - Temp to Hire
Key Responsibilities:
Process and decision credit applications, ensuring adherence to loan processing and company policies.
Underwrite applications according to fraud processes, applying override rules and determining correct OEM promotions.
Accurately log dealer and customer information into the system with a high level of attention to detail.
Make credit decisions or request additional information in alignment with Sheffield's service level agreement (SLA).
Address dealer and customer inquiries related to underwriting, policies, promotions, lien perfection, and other operational details.
Support dealer relationships by sending direct mailings of current programs and promotions.
Drive dealer penetration and build relationships through tele-consulting, dealer meetings, and open houses.
If you have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a background in Credit Servicing, consumer loans and Customer Support, we'd love to hear from you!
Pay Details: $23.50 per hour
