MTSI is seeking a Test and Operations Program Manager to join our team in Beavercreek, OH. The applicant must hold a current TS clearance and be eligible for SCI. The optimal candidate for this position should have experience in test environments as well as program management. The applicant will be expected to provide mentorship to junior team members as it matures.

Responsibilities
Assist in leading acquisition programmatic milestones, as well as support government leads in program execution, planning, and milestone forecasting.
Mentor acquisition personnel in professional and program development.
Support chief developmental tester and materiel leadership in executing program objectives, test strategy authoring and test objective decomposition.
Qualifications
B.S. degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or related field
Applicant must hold a current TS clearance and be eligible for SCI.
Desired M.S. degree in related field
15+ years experience
Knowledge and understanding of test planning and execution
Certification Requirements:
Level III Program Management
Level III Test
Level II System Planning, Research, Development, and Engineering
Global Information Assurance Certification
Fundamentals of Engineering
