Responsibilities
MTSI is seeking a Program Manager to direct the day-to-day operations for the IT and Cybersecurity teams that serve the AFLCMC customer. This position will require the applicant to be on-site to carry out their duties.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify requirements, determine and pull together resources, and implement these programs.
Manage task trackers and requirements for customers and leadership.
Participate in and take notes in meetings with customers.
Prepare and run presentations for division meetings, customer meetings, and other meetings. Get presentation materials from division leadership and integrate these into a cohesive briefing. Take notes during these meetings. Follow up on action items coming from these meetings.
Create and maintain shared online files for important documentation.
Manage day-to-day functions for IT and Cybersecurity teams through coordination of government customer.
Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Top-Secret Clearance.
4+ years of experience is desired.
Bachelor's Degree
Demonstrated experience in administrative and personnel processes.
Administrative experience on DoD projects is highly desired.
Personnel experience on DoD projects is highly desired.
Analytical and communication abilities (both written and verbal).
