REQUIREMENT
ARCTOS is seeking a Program Manager to join our Aerospace Structures and Materials Team, supporting Air Force and other aerospace and defense customers, including the Navy, NASA, and DARPA. The Program Manager will track and report technical accomplishments of specific contract programs or task orders to ensure that activities are carried out in accordance with established customer requirements, technical objectives, schedules, and budgets. The PM leads or assists in preparation of reports and deliverables for work accomplished, and of proposals for new work and planning and development of new business areas. The PM will work closely with ARCTOS operations to prepare RFPs and track and produce program financial deliverables.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Serves as the primary point of contact for a contract, ensuring accurate, on-time delivery of required products; keeps customer informed of technical, financial and schedule status of the program.
Coordinates with team members to hone technical focus and minimize delays; meets with program team members on a regular basis to review program status and plan future actions.
Ensures that subcontractor performance effectively meets program requirements.
Evaluates Statements of work, requests for proposals and leads or assists in preparation of quality proposals in response to customer needs.

EDUCATIONAL, CLEARANCE AND CERTIFICATION
Bachelor's degree (required). Degree in Engineering, Engineering Management, or similar technical field (desired).
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of project/program management experience (required) with Air Force contracting elements (desired).
U.S. citizenship with Secret security clearance eligibility.
PHYSICAL/WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Primary work environment is a standard office setting.
TRAVEL
Occasional travel may be required (nominally 5-10%) to attend technical conferences and customer engagements, and will be performed under the guidelines of Federal Travel Regulations (FTR) and/or Joint Travel Regulations (JTR).
