i3 is seeking a Master Scheduler to support the Navy Training Solutions (NTS) Business Unit (BU) and its Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) 24 program. The ideal candidate will create, maintain, analyze, and report on program schedules, both internally and externally, and will assist in ensuring product and program deliverables are on time and deadlines are met per productions requirements. The Master Scheduler will work closely with the Senior Leadership of the RRL24 program and the matrix technical organization. This position is located in Huntsville, AL.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedules using Microsoft Project.
Coordinate scheduling meetings to obtain accurate schedule status and updates.
Create high-level project plans that align with organizational goals and milestones.
Integrate Microsoft Project schedules with Jira for detailed task tracking and management.
Ensure schedule dependencies are properly managed and reflected across both platforms.
Provide regular schedule updates and reports to stakeholders and management.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop a strategy and action plan to deliver compelling and value-add innovations and capabilities.
Instill best practices, ensure designs requirements met, and deliver high-quality services.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Maintain the ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
Qualifications
Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree required. Additional experience may substitute for degree.
Minimum 6-12 years of relevant experience.
Self-motivated and comfortable with independent and team-based problem solving.
Microsoft Project (advanced level), Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) in Microsoft Project, or Microsoft Certified: Microsoft Project Expert.
Jira (proficient level).
Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development.
Resource loading and management.
Schedule risk analysis.
Earned Value Management (EVM) principles.
DoD secret security clearance (or ability to obtain / maintain).
U.S. Citizenship required.
Knowledge/Skills

Regular i3 hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday, however, additional hours may be required on occasion. Regular and punctual attendance is required.
