i3 is seeking a Deputy Program Manager that will serve as the contractor's primary interface with the Governments Contracting Officer, Government Contracting officer's Representative (COR), and Government Technical Monitor.
This position is contingent upon contract award expected August 2024.
Responsibilities
Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel, and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.
Manage the development and preparation of proposals for the program and serve as the primary contact to respond.
Determine the necessary schedules for proposal submittal, proposal preparation, pricing, and review the proposal for responsiveness to the program's requirements.
Establishes budgets, forecasts, manpower, equipment, and supply needs for assigned area of responsibility.
Designs, conducts and/or facilitates the preparation of the efficient and effective program metrics, other reports, and briefings as required.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in engineering, science, or other field relevant to the support for which the individual is supporting plus 21 years of experience. Or Masters degree and 14 years of experience. Or Doctorate and 11 years of experience.
Active Top-Secret Level Clearance with SCI Access. Clearance, Access, and Investigation must appear in DISS and be within scope (5 - Years).
Current Project Management Professional (PMP)Certification
Experience in managing government contracts and interacting with Contracting Officers, CORs, and Technical Monitors.
Experience with managing agile project plans and familiarity with tools such as MS Project, MS Azure and Jira.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Demonstrated ability to develop and prepare program proposals.
Proficiency in establishing budgets, forecasts, and resource needs.
Experience in designing and conducting program metrics, reports, and briefings.
Additional certifications such as ITIL v4, DODAF are a plus.
Preferred project experience in data modernization, data management, cloud migration in multi-classification environment, and complex software development using Agile, DevSecOps, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Development pipeline.
