Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Design Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to be responsible for leading the design team in the development of innovative and creative designs for THE LINE project in Tabuk, KSA.
What You'll Be Doing:
This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, user experience, and visual design. The Design Manager will be responsible for managing the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that all designs meet the project's goals and objectives. They will also be responsible for overseeing the design team, providing guidance and feedback, and ensuring that all designs are of the highest quality.
Further responsibilities require staying up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies, and for ensuring that the design team is utilizing the most effective tools and techniques. The Design Manager will also be required to interface with the construction team and coordinate any changes needed to facilitate the construction of THE LINE.With current skill-sets of a multi-disciplined (MD) lead, the DM will have a background in one of the following vocations: Structural, Mechanical, Electrical or Public Health and in addition to the dedicated package MD lead aspect of the role, the specialism can be called on to advise on a ‘City-wide’ capacity
Bachelor’s degree Qualified or equivalent professional registration in a role related architecture, engineering or construction related subject from an accredited institution. Preferably Chartered.20+ years of experience of managing design and/or construction of super high-rise or complex building or infrastructure projects with strong architectural focus.
