GDIT's Tampa, Florida, office is seeking a Senior Finance Manager who will help lead a group of financial analysts.
Our work depends on Senior Finance Manager to lead a team of financial analysts in support of a large portfolio of contracts in a growing business segment.
HOW A FINANCE SR MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
? Manages the financial activities of a major program or business area within a Sector. Manages exempt staff.
? Collaborate with other enterprise support functions to include Contracts, Compliance, Billing and FP&A in support of portfolio
? Lead and develop a team of financial analysts in support of business unit planning, forecasting, reporting, EACs and risk identification and mitigation
? Identify and support opportunities for on contract growth, margin, DSO and other financial metric improvement
? Utilize financial acumen and analytical skills to help with growth and goal achievement
?Communicate articulately and prepare for presentations with PMs and business area leadership on performance, forecast and areas for improvement and risk mitigation
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
? Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, plus 5 yrs of related finance experience; OR in lieu of degree, 9+ years of related experience is required
? Required Technical Skills: Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency. Experience with large financial systems such as Oracle, Costpoint, or similar systems.
? Experience Managing a small team of Financial Analysts
?Strong presentation skills and comfort level with engaging with senior audiences. Strong problem solving abilities.
?Experience working in a government contract environment

The likely salary range for this position is $127,500 - $172,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
