Trainer / Instructor – Counter Threat Finance

We seek exceptional professionals from the Counter Threat Finance (CTF) and Threat Finance Intelligence (T.F.I.) communities to join our team as a Counter Threat Finance Trainer.
As a Counter Threat Finance Trainer, you will provide training support within our Global Counter Threat Finance / Threat Finance Intelligence program that supports our U.S. Government clients. The focus of this effort includes adversary financial networks that fuel violent extremist organizations operating in assigned regions across the globe. This position reports to the Program Manager.
The CTF Trainer will be responsible for the following:
- Provides training support to develop, review, update, and revise CTF component training programs.
- In coordination and collaboration with all Interagency and Partner Nations, shall assist the Government/client in training USSOCOM, Service Component, Combatant Commands, and TSOC SMEs on CTF research and analytical methodologies and in developing CTF training programs.
- Shall support the Government/client in training the synchronization and collaboration of Interagency CTF activities and DoD CNT capabilities (CTF and Counter Narco-trafficking) to collect, process, analyze, and tailor CNT in coordination with interagency partners. This includes understanding preserving evidence, chain of custody, and identifying relevant finance data. This also includes integrating CTF concepts, principles, and methodologies into operational design courses, operational planning efforts, and doctrine.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of Finance-specific Analytical experience
- Minimum of 3 years of Special Operations Force (SOF) experience
- Minimum of 3 years of Finance-related analytical and operational planning experience in counter-drug, counterterrorism, and/or counterintelligence fields or;
- Experience with USG finance-related instruments of power, including a working knowledge of processes and experience with Terror Finance Coordinating Officers (TFCO), Partner Nation Financial Intelligence Units (FIU), and Financial Action Task Forces (FATF) or;
- Experience in exchanging information, coordinating actions, and collaborative planning among multiple National level Government agencies in multi-agency, Joint, Coalition, or Interagency environments or;
- Experience with functions and authorities of U.S. military and/or USG interagency partners, including any/all other USG agencies involved with threat finance. This includes working knowledge of Executive Orders, U.S. Treasury and State Department and United Nations (UN) designation processes, DoD Operations Plans and Campaign Plans, and associated financial instruments of power and policy or;
- Experience with public and private sectors to include industries, banking/finance, academic, scientific, and other non-governmental sectors dealing with terrorism finance or;
- Working knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements applying to DoD intelligence supporting operational activity or
- Working knowledge of counterterrorist analytical framework, functional defeat model, and/or system-of-systems methodologies
Preferred requirements:
- Certified Anti-Money Launderer (CAMS); or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)
- Finance-specific analytical experience (4 years)
- Forensic Accounting, Instructor training or certification for those serving the J36 PTO,
- Working knowledge using baseline production hardware, software, and applications required to perform all-source intelligence support include the following: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Image Composer); Analyst Notebook; Palantir, Adaptec Direct Compact Disc (CD); Acrobat Adobe; Internet Explorer; Hewlett Packard (HP) Digital Scanner; Message Retriever Program (such as M3); TIDE; Clix; ProtonU.S. Citizenship
- Must possess a valid U.S. Driver's License
- Candidates must provide DD-214 (Member 4 or Service 2) covering all active service periods.
Required Security Clearance:
- Possess and maintain an active TS/SCI Security Clearance for the duration of this effort and
- Be willing to sit for a CI polygraph if required.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to pass initial and annual drug tests.
- Able to lift up to 20 pounds
- Able to walk throughout the job site to meet with employees
- And able to use standard office equipment including computer and copier
