Role Overview: As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our client base. You will engage with potential clients, understand their promotional needs, and offer tailored solutions to meet their goals. While industry knowledge is beneficial, it is not a requirement; we are looking for someone with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the drive to succeed in a startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential clients, including corporate offices, event organizers, small businesses, and marketing agencies.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
Product Knowledge: Understand our product offerings and be able to effectively communicate the benefits of our promotional merchandise to clients.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to better position our products and services.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and sales targets achieved.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and product launches.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in sales or business development is preferred but not required. Experience in promotional merchandise or related industries is a plus.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
Self-Motivation: Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Customer Focus: A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to understanding client needs and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and other sales tools to manage client relationships and track sales activities.

Salary & Commission
$19.25 Hr.
Commission- 10% on gross profit of every sale

Pay Details: $19.25 per hour
