Supply Chain Analyst

HOW A SUPPLY TECHNICIAN IV WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
? Manage a $10.6M, 7000 line item Table Of Allowance (TOA) and its associated life cycle in support of the required Operational Capabilities and Projected Operational Environment (ROC/POE) and Missions, Functions, and Tasks (MFT).
? Ensure all Public Affairs / Visual Information (PA/VI) equipment received from the government is properly accounted for and transported to the contractor's warehouse where the equipment will be inventoried and stored until needed by the government. The contractor shall maintain an inventory database of all PA/VI equipment stored in the warehouse.
? Provide system design and integration services on PA/VI equipment based on requirements provided by the government
? Integrate PA/VI equipment into deployable kits that meet the requirements for PA/VI missions.
? Handle the logistics of shipping PA/VI kits and equipment.
? Complete all required documentation and paperwork for shipments.
? Provide technical support to the government on PA/VI equipment such as answering questions from personnel on the operation of equipment.
? Serve as the on-site technical representative who functions as a liaison between the government and manufacturers/vendors when troubleshooting and repairing PA/VI equipment
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
? Education: High School Diploma
? Required Experience: 5 years of related experience in material/supply functions. Experience may be through military service or in commercial applications.
? Required Technical Skills: Reviewing / Auditing all check in/out paperwork for equipment, Conducting inventories and audits, tracking monthly inventories of deployed sailors, and Organizing NPASE West Supply Space.
? Security Clearance Level: Secret
? Required Skills and Abilities: Ability to troubleshoot and repair camera kit equipment associated with Visual Information.
? Preferred Skills:
Must be proficient with Microsoft Suite of products including Word, Excel, Access, and E- mail business software.
Must be able to maintain Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
Must be able to obtain and maintain Secret clearance

The likely salary range for this position is $72,488 - $98,072. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
