Adecco Healthcare is searching for a Breast Surgical Oncologist to join our client's team in Fresno, CA - 93720.
Compensation
$400,000-$420,000 annually, plus a $20,000 bonus (can be used for relocation).
This salary range is for base compensation and excludes incentive compensation and benefits.
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
No Weekends

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Excellence: Apply advanced surgical skills and specialized knowledge to treat patients with breast disease.
Patient-Centered Care: Provide compassionate care, ensuring patients and their families feel informed, supported, and comfortable throughout their treatment journey.
Collaboration: Work closely with medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, pathologists, and radiologists to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in breast surgical oncology, introducing new approaches and technologies as appropriate.
Education: Educate and support patients, families, and the community on breast cancer prevention, screening, and treatment options.
Qualifications
Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
Board Certification in Surgery and Surgical Oncology.
Completion of fellowship training in Breast Surgical Oncology.
California medical license or ability to obtain prior to start date.
Team-oriented with a minimum of one year of proven experience in breast surgical oncology.
