Job Description:
Collection Manager (ISR) SR
Our work depends on a Senior-level Collection Manager (ISR), to serve in support of defense analytical requirements for a Combatant Command (CCMD), Joint Intelligence Operations Center (JIOC).
HOW A SENIOR-LEVEL COLLECTION MANAGER (ISR) WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Engage with analysts to determine intelligence needs and develop collection strategies.
Convert intelligence needs into collection requirements to satisfy USCENTCOM requirements.
Establish priorities and tasking, coordinate with collection sources, and monitor results.
Support the solicitation, coordination, research, de-confliction, creation, registration, prioritization, validation and evaluation of multi-INT collection requirements.
Balance time-sensitive requests with standing collection requirements.
Develop products assessing current and future collection operations and postures.
Provide input to policy, procedures, and doctrine relating to collection operations.
Identify/document technical and functional ISR system needs.
Provide technical guidance in translating ISR and collection management software or website application requirements into technical systems specifications.
Support ISR/Collection Management related systems, tools, and processes.
Provide expertise to enable interoperable intelligence systems and information flow.
Adhere to strict security protocols to safeguard classified information and ensure information security.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Security Clearance Level: TS / SCI, with favorable poly.
US Citizenship Required
Desired Education and Experience: Master's degree with 12 yrs related experience or Bachelor's degree with a total of 17 yrs experience as a substitute to the Master's degree. At least a portion of your experience must be in the last 2 yrs.
Required: Proficiency in collection management systems and data analysis tools.
Preferred: Strong understanding of intelligence collection methodologies, force management concepts, and USCENTCOM operations.

The likely salary range for this position is $80,750 - $109,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
